Welcoming José Robles Munguia: Strengthening Our Investment Advisory Capabilities

We are pleased to announce that José Robles Munguia has joined Paramount Lodging Advisors as a Hotel Investment Analyst, bringing more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate advisory, valuation, capital markets, and transaction services across North America.

José is a performance-driven real estate professional with deep expertise in the industrial and tourism sectors. Throughout his career, he has contributed to more than $1 billion in successful real estate transactions and advisory assignments, including leading teams responsible for executing $600 million-plus in commercial real estate deals. His experience spans complex portfolio valuations, institutional investment analysis, and capital markets strategy, making him a strong addition to PLA’s advisory platform.

Before joining Paramount Lodging Advisors, José held leadership roles at leading real estate firms, where he was trusted with directing high-value valuation and advisory engagements, including $200 million-plus portfolio assignments. He is known for his advanced financial modeling capabilities, including DCF and IRR analysis, as well as his ability to translate market data into actionable insights for investors, REITs, and institutional stakeholders.

In addition to his technical expertise, José brings a collaborative leadership style shaped by years of mentoring junior professionals and navigating high-stakes negotiations. His relationship-driven approach and capital markets perspective strengthen our ability to deliver sophisticated, data-driven advisory solutions to clients operating in competitive hospitality and tourism markets.

José is committed to continuous professional development and holds respected industry credentials, including RICS and MAI designations, along with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economics from KTH. His global academic background and professional rigor further enhance the depth of insight he brings to our team.
