Welcoming Kristin Martin: Strengthening the Future of Our Advisory and Capital Platforms
We are pleased to announce that Kristin Martin has joined our team, bringing more than 20 years of experience in credit risk management, asset recovery strategy, commercial lending, and financial analysis. Kristin’s background spans leadership roles in special assets, underwriting, portfolio management, field exams, and asset-based lending. Her track record speaks for itself, including more than 150 million dollars in new business closed and over 200 million dollars in successful workout executions.
Before joining our organization, Kristin served as Senior Vice President of the Special Assets Group at Triumph Financial and TBK Bank, where she led high-impact initiatives that generated significant revenue growth and meaningful cost savings. Her expertise and strategic approach have made her a respected leader in evaluating complex financial situations and guiding organizations toward stronger outcomes.
In her new role, Kristin will focus on Business Development, leveraging her deep network within the banking sector to expand our engagement with Special Assets Divisions. She will also support our efforts in targeting Special Servicer opportunities, pursuing traditional listing assignments, and partnering with the Paramount Capital Advisors team to advance capital markets initiatives. Her ability to bridge both advisory and capital functions positions her as a key catalyst in strengthening and aligning our platforms.
