Welcoming Ines Rahmani: Expanding Our Digital Strategy, Brand Storytelling, and Sustainability Leadership

We are pleased to announce that Ines Rahmani has joined Paramount Lodging Advisors, Atira Hotels, and Paramount Capital Advisors as our new Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, bringing a unique blend of strategic marketing expertise, sustainability insight, and global perspective to our platforms.

Ines joins the team with a strong foundation in business strategy, digital communications, and ESG-driven storytelling, shaped by hands-on experience across hospitality, finance, sustainability consulting, and international development. Her work spans four countries and multiple sectors, equipping her with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, data-informed narratives that resonate with investors, partners, and communities alike.

Before stepping into this role, Ines supported Atira Hotels, Paramount Capital Advisors, and Paramount Lodging Advisors through advanced market and competitive analysis, KPI dashboard development, and strategic reporting that informed pricing, amenity positioning, and development decisions. She also played a key role in digital brand development, including website and booking engine redesign, social media strategy, and influencer outreach initiatives aimed at expanding visibility across target guest segments.

In parallel, Ines has led ESG and sustainability research initiatives, notably benchmarking European sustainability certifications and regulatory frameworks to support Atira’s international development projects. Her background includes sustainability consulting work with financial institutions pursuing B Corp certification, renewable energy market research in the MENA region, and collaboration with global organizations such as the World Bank and the UN Global Compact.

In her new role, Ines will focus on digital marketing strategy, brand positioning, communications, and impact storytelling across all three platforms. She will work closely with leadership to strengthen external communications, elevate digital presence, align ESG initiatives with brand strategy, and ensure a cohesive narrative across advisory, hospitality, and capital markets operations. Her ability to bridge sustainability, analytics, and communications positions her as a key contributor to the continued evolution and alignment of our platforms.
