Welcoming Raheel Moolji: Expanding Our Hospitality Investment & Asset Management Expertise
We are pleased to announce that Raheel Moolji has joined Paramount Lodging Advisors as a Managing Director, further strengthening our hospitality investment sales and asset management advisory platform.
Raheel brings a rare dual-perspective to hospitality advisory, combining a deep understanding of day-to-day hotel operations with an owner’s mindset focused on long-term value creation. This approach allows him to effectively bridge the gap between operational performance and investment strategy, delivering insights that resonate with both owners and institutional investors.
Prior to joining Paramount Lodging Advisors, Raheel built a strong foundation on the ownership side with the Ashford/Braemar portfolios, where he helped influence the strategy and oversight of more than 100 hotels across both third-party and brand-managed platforms. This institutional experience shaped his ability to evaluate assets holistically and served as a springboard for his transition into investment sales and advisory.
Following his ownership-side experience, Raheel led hotel investment sales at Greysteel and later established ZE Hospitality, an advisory firm that has advised on more than $50 million in hospitality assets. Throughout his career, he has advised on or overseen the strategy for 120+ hospitality assets, representing an aggregate value exceeding $3 billion.
Raheel is known for his analytical rigor and ability to decode complex hotel P&Ls to uncover hidden value for clients. His advisory approach is grounded in an economic framework developed during his studies at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his degree in Economics. This foundation enables him to provide clear, data-driven guidance across a wide range of hospitality investment scenarios.
