Paramount Lodging Advisors is pleased to announce the successful sale of the leasehold interest in the Comfort Suites Rochester, located at 2085 Hylan Drive in Rochester, New York, on behalf of Flynn Holdings. The transaction was led by Principals Mike Schlictman and Andrew Makhlouf.

The 65-room, upper-midscale Comfort Suites, operating under the Choice Hotels brand family, was sold at a significant discount to replacement cost and delivered unencumbered of debt and management, providing the buyer with a compelling value-add opportunity. The transaction allows for the potential retention of the Comfort Suites flag through a new long-term franchise agreement, subject to completion of the required PIP and franchisor approval.

Strategically located just off Interstate 390, the property benefits from strong visibility and accessibility, as well as proximity to a diverse mix of corporate, healthcare, university, and leisure demand drivers throughout the Greater Rochester market.
