Paramount Lodging Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Michigan City, continuing the firm's strong transaction momentum.

The 56-key select-service hotel, located at 3805 Frontage Rd in Michigan City, Indiana, was sold fee-simple and unencumbered. The marketing process generated multiple offers, and the property ultimately traded to an out-of-state buyer, a sign of the broad investor appeal of well-positioned select-service assets in secondary markets.

Renovated in 2020, the hotel grew revenue from $1.15 million in 2023 to $1.75 million in 2025. It sits along the I-94 corridor near major demand drivers, including Indiana Dunes National Park, Blue Chip Casino Hotel & Spa, Franciscan Health Michigan City, and Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets.
