Paramount Lodging Advisors Closes Sale of Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton in Holland, MI

Paramount Lodging Advisors has closed the sale of the Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton, two institutionally owned, Hilton-branded select-service hotels in Holland, Michigan.

The transaction included the 109-key Home2 Suites by Hilton, located at 3140 West Shore Drive, and the 98-key Tru by Hilton, located at 12400 Riley Street. The two properties total 207 keys. At the time of sale, both assets were institutionally owned and third-party managed.

Paramount Lodging Advisors executed the transaction through a confidential, off-market process, delivering pricing and execution certainty for the seller without subjecting the assets to a broadly marketed bid cycle.

The sale reflects continued buyer appetite for premium-branded, select-service product in established Midwest markets with diversified leisure and corporate demand. By managing the process discreetly and engaging directly with the active capital pool, the firm aligned the right buyer with an institutional-quality assignment.
