Cooperative Broker

We openly and actively cooperate with other brokers on our listings.

We recognize that “we don’t know everyone on this planet” and are willing to share our brokerage commissions in order to achieve owners’ objectives. While many brokers may “say” they cooperate, we are the only major hotel brokerage firm that actively cooperates in practice. More exposure means more opportunity to get our clients the highest hotel sale price – whether it is our traditional industry buyer, a cooperative broker bringing a 1031 Exchange Buyer, or an Alternative Use buyer to complete the transaction.

Client Database

We directly manage our client database; we do not rely on outside services to distribute our listings, nor do we buy contact lists. Our database comes from attending every major hotel conference in the United States and select International conferences. Our database comes from the hundreds of articles, transaction reports, client meetings, and sales calls that we incorporate every week.

We make sure that information on your hotel for sale goes to the proper real estate decision maker… not the IT Director or even worse, your Hotel General Manager.

Market Coverage

Our Geographic Distribution allows us to cover most North American Markets with local presence.

Our office network also allows us the ability to work on portfolio dispositions with multiple hotel locations.

Our offices actively collaborate with each other, bringing their regional buyers to evaluate other office hotel listings. This “cross pollination” of the hospitality community also helps us drive greater listing exposure.
