We directly manage our client database; we do not rely on outside services to distribute our listings, nor do we buy contact lists. Our database comes from attending every major hotel conference in the United States and select International conferences. Our database comes from the hundreds of articles, transaction reports, client meetings, and sales calls that we incorporate every week.


We make sure that information on your hotel for sale goes to the proper real estate decision maker… not the IT Director or even worse, your Hotel General Manager.
