Sheel Patel

Sheel Patel is a Director with Paramount Capital Advisors (PCA) focused on arranging debt and equity for commercial real estate sponsors. Sheel brings extensive experience in commercial real estate investing having sourced, underwrote, and executed due diligence on over $250MM in acquisitions across hospitality, multifamily, and retail assets.

Prior to joining PCA, Sheel worked with a private real estate investment firm in North Carolina where his focus was on distressed opportunities, value-add repositions, and portfolio investments. His experience also includes working with corporate finance and credit risk teams at RBC and BMO.

Sheel earned his bachelor's degree from Ryerson University, Ted Rogers School of Management in Toronto, CA in Business Technology Management with a minor in Finance.
