Raheel Moolji

Raheel Moolji serves as a Managing Director with Paramount Lodging Advisors, specializing in hospitality investment sales and asset management advisory. Raheel brings a rare “dual-perspective” to every transaction - his approach is defined by a deep understanding of “Inside the Box” operations coupled with an Owner’s Mindset, allowing him to bridge the gap between daily asset performance and long-term investment value.

Prior to PLA, Raheel’s career foundation was built on the ownership side with the Ashford/Braemar portfolios, where he influenced the strategy and oversight of over 100 hotels, ranging from third-party to brand-managed assets. This institutional experience served as the springboard for his transition into investment sales, where he founded the hospitality presence at Greysteel and established ZE Hospitality, an advisory firm that has advised over $50M in assets.

Throughout his career, Raheel has advised on or overseen the strategy for 120+ hospitality assets, representing an aggregate value exceeding $3B. He leverages an analytical framework rooted in his studies of Economics at The University of Texas at Austin to decode complex P&Ls and unlock hidden value for his clients.
