Welcoming Deep Dave: Strengthening Our Hospitality Brokerage Presence Across the Midwest

We are pleased to announce that Deep Dave has joined Paramount Lodging Advisors as a Senior Associate, further expanding our hospitality brokerage capabilities and strengthening our presence across the Midwest.

Based in our Chicago office, Deep brings valuable experience in hotel transactions, acquisitions, and private client advisory. His market knowledge, transactional background, and strong industry relationships position him to deliver meaningful value to owners, investors, and hospitality groups navigating today’s evolving marketplace.

Prior to joining Paramount Lodging Advisors, Deep spent more than 18 months at Matthews, where he focused on hotel brokerage and demonstrated strong execution across the sector. In the past six months alone, he successfully closed six hotel transactions, underscoring his ability to identify opportunities, guide deals efficiently, and create momentum for clients in an active market environment.

Earlier in his career, Deep gained hands-on investment experience through his family business, which specialized in multifamily assets and hotel acquisitions. That foundation gave him a well-rounded perspective on real estate ownership, investment strategy, and transaction execution, helping shape the client-focused advisory approach he brings to Paramount today.

Deep is also actively involved with AAHOA, where he serves as a Premier AAHOA Ambassador. Through this role and his broader engagement in the hospitality community, he has developed strong relationships with regional groups and built a growing presence in the private client space. These connections further enhance his ability to connect buyers, sellers, and investors across the hospitality industry.

He earned his degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago, providing him with a strong analytical foundation to support clients as they navigate complex transactions and investment decisions.

Deep’s background in hotel brokerage, acquisitions, and private client advisory adds another layer of strength to Paramount Lodging Advisors’ platform. His experience, industry involvement, and relationship-driven approach will further support our mission of delivering thoughtful, results-oriented solutions to hospitality owners and investors.
