Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Suzanna Farley Aldrich from Associate to Director, recognizing her continued contributions to the firm and her deep expertise across hospitality real estate advisory and transactions.

Suzanna brings a strong foundation in hospitality and real estate, shaped by growing up in Central Oregon within a real estate-focused family and in a market driven by tourism. Her early career included hands-on operational roles at local resorts, followed by the opportunity to open and manage a new hotel located on a resort property after earning her Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management degree from Oregon State University.

Throughout her career, Suzanna has worked closely with owner-operators, private investors, lenders, loan servicers, and institutional partners, supporting the acquisition and disposition of hospitality assets across a wide range of sizes and classes. Her background in both hospitality operations and construction provides valuable insight when advising buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.

Suzanna’s promotion to Director reflects her experience, professionalism, and commitment to delivering thoughtful, well-informed advisory services to PLA clients. In her expanded role, she will continue to support the firm’s transactional and advisory efforts while contributing to Paramount Lodging Advisors’ ongoing growth.
