Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Carter Benedict from Associate to Senior Associate, recognizing his continued growth, dedication, and contributions to the firm’s hospitality advisory platform.

Carter is based in Chicago, IL, and brings a strong operational foundation to his role at Paramount Lodging Advisors. Prior to joining the firm, he developed hands-on hotel experience across multiple property types while completing his higher education studies in Rochester, NY, gaining valuable insight into on-property operations and asset performance.

Carter has complemented his operational background with a strong academic and professional focus on hotel real estate. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a specialization in Hotel Real Estate from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition, Carter completed the Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management program through the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, further strengthening his expertise in hospitality investment and asset management.

Carter’s promotion to Senior Associate reflects his growing expertise, analytical capabilities, and commitment to delivering high-quality advisory services to Paramount Lodging Advisors’ clients. He will continue to support the firm’s transactional and advisory efforts while contributing to PLA’s continued success.
