Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) Completes Sale of Fairfield Inn & Suites Development Site, Gas City, IN

Paramount Lodging Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of a development site planned for a proposed Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Gas City, Indiana, continuing the firm’s strong transaction momentum.

The approximately 1.5-acre, commercially approved parcel was sold fee-simple. The site is planned for a 110-key, upper-midscale Fairfield Inn & Suites. Fairfield is one of Marriott’s leading select-service brands, with more than 1,200 hotels worldwide, which gives the buyer a clear path to bringing a proven brand to the market.

The site sits at Interstate 69 (Exit 259) and State Road 22 / US-35, with strong visibility and direct north-south interstate access. It is in Grant County, about 70 miles northeast of Indianapolis, and is well positioned to serve business and leisure demand across east-central Indiana.
