Ines Rahmani

Ines Rahmani is the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager with Paramount Lodging Advisors. With a multicultural background—Moroccan, French, and American—and fluency in English, French, and Spanish, she brings a global perspective to business, strategy, and sustainability.

Ines first joined Paramount as an intern, collaborating closely with the team on initiatives that deepened her understanding of the company’s values and long-term vision. She has since accepted a full-time position with Paramount, where she works directly with Jacki and the broader team to develop and execute the firm’s digital marketing strategy. Her efforts focus on expanding awareness of Paramount’s activities, deals, and partnerships among current and prospective clients; strengthening the company’s reputation for excellence; and growing its community presence.

Ines is energized by Paramount’s commitment to investing in its people and resources to elevate its digital presence. She is dedicated to helping build a strong platform and an authentic voice that reflects who the company is and what it stands for.

She recently graduated from the Heavener School of Business at the University of Florida, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Sustainability Studies.
