Deep Dave

Deep Dave is a hotel brokerage professional based in the Chicago office, with experience across the Midwest market and a strong background in hotel transactions, acquisitions, and private client advisory.

Prior to joining Paramount, Deep spent over 18 months at Matthews, where he focused on hotel brokerage and successfully closed six transactions within the past six months. Earlier in his career, he worked with a family business specializing in multifamily assets and hotel acquisitions, providing him with a well-rounded foundation in real estate investment.

Deep is also actively involved with AAHOA, serving as a Premier AAHOA Ambassador. He focuses on the private client space and has built strong relationships with regional groups, further strengthening his ability to connect buyers, sellers, and investors across the hospitality industry.

He earned his Finance degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, equipping him with a strong analytical framework to support clients in navigating complex transactions.
