EXPERIENCE
Mr. Beider is the Chairman and is one of the Senior Managing Directors of Paramount Lodging Advisors. Mr. Beider is located in our Chicago office as a broker facilitating hotel asset and land transactions worldwide. Mr. Beider received his BA from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
Prior to founding Paramount Lodging Advisors, Mr. Beider was the founding member and Managing Director of NAI Global Hotels, which transacted more than $400,000,000 in it's first 18 months of business. He was recognized by NAI with the Fitzpatrick award for utilizing the NAI system and the Global Vision award during his tenure, and was a consistent top performer and multiple member of the Gold Club, which recognized collaborative brokerage.
Mr. Beider has also held the position of Vice President at Mid America Hotel Corporation, co-managing the redevelopment of a hotel on the north side of downtown Chicago, and asset managing several hotel assets in the greater Chicago area. He has led teams in all phases of investigating new hotel development, and acted in numerous capacities in hotel operations.
Mr. Beider has written hotel industry articles for Illinois Real Estate Journal, Midwest Real Estate News, AAHOA Lodging Business, Lodging Hospitality, Hotel Motel Management Magazine and Hotel Journal magazines, and has been quoted by the Chicago Sun Times. Mr. Beider is a Certified Hotel Broker ("CHB"). Mr. Beider is on the Advisory Board for the DePaul School of Hospitality Business, the Midwest Lodging Investors Conference, and also serves on the Board of Directors for Integrative Touch for Kids ("ITK") a not for profit based out of Los Angeles.
