Walker Geyer is the Managing Director Capital Markets for Paramount Lodging Advisors. Mr. Geyer joined Paramount Lodging Advisors in 2007 operating from the company’s headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. Previously, he owned NorthStar Capital Access and sourced debt and equity solutions to developers and investment companies in all real estate asset classes.

The Paramount Lodging Advisors capital markets area is dedicated to linking sources of finance and equity capital with hotel investment groups for single asset and portfolio transactions. The tight credit conditions existing at this time make Paramount's services all the more valuable. Properties and portfolios with finance requirements ranging from $1 million to $150 million will be considered. Conventional, structured and capital market approaches can be pursued on a select basis.

In addition to his focus on Capital Markets, Geyer is a part of the Paramount™ advisory team that provides Asset Management and consulting services to hotel owners, lenders and special servicers. This group offers one time and on-going services that focus on immediate value creation for hotel properties throughout the US in all market segments. Mr. Geyer also holds a real estate agent license.

Geyer received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the
University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration in finance at the Kellogg School of Graduate Management at Northwestern University.
