Experience
Steve Mills is a Senior Managing Director of Paramount Lodging Advisors and is based in our San Francisco office and focuses on hotel asset and land transactions. Steve comes from a family with a long history in the Hospitality Industry, including numerous appointments at notable companies such as Four Seasons and ownership and operation of various hotel and resort properties.
Prior to Paramount, Mills was an original member of NAI Global Hotels with personal sales achievement in excess of $100 million in his first year and over $300 million in aggregate volume. Steve further headed up the Hotel Brokerage platform for the local affiliate of NAI BT Commercial, in San Francisco, whose total sales volume exceeded $3 billion last year.
Mills primarily works throughout the West and Pacific representing Buyers and Sellers of various hospitality related properties. Provided, however, Steve is known to leverage relationships worldwide to meet client’s objectives.
Steve is a graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado with a degree in Business Administration and emphasis in marketing and tourism management.
